Since i began SB in Prime 1, i'm really crazy about Prime games.
But there is some things that i'm missing.
First is the kraid fight, i think that would be great fun.
Next thing is that i would like to shot missiles an supers like in SM, not the long waiting between the shots and selecting the Power Beam.
Another thing would be the possibility to shot for example a wave door with an ice beam and it will open, what i want to say with that is that i hate switching the beams just for a door, so it would be a great thing that you could shot doors with beams you get later.
Next is infbombjump.
New beams would be cool.
And last i would like to have the possibility to disable items like in SM. 'Cause that was allways great fun.

Edit: 1 thing i forgot: Combined beams like in SM or Fusion
Thread title:
Exploitable glitches.
I dunno really. A better multiplayer would be nice, but I don't know whether they should stick with the usual weapons or make new ones, like they did for Echoes. Hopefully the weapons will be better than the ones in Echoes, though.

I hope they bring in the Spazer Beam.
Doors: After shooting them with the appropriate beam, they should turn blue and stay that way.
A Kraid fight would be fun. He's about the only thing bigger than Quadraxis. Is he bigger than Quadraxis? I bet it's pretty close... whichever one is bigger is the biggest Metroid enemy there is. I bet a Kraid fight would be less pathetic in 3D than 2D (In ZM and SM... horrible).
Well..
Since it will be Remote-Controller-Controlled, I think that someone will invent a way to hack the system by turning the Controller into a Flickerbatty angle, which will make the game act crazy and do stuff.

Another cool thing would be Kraid.
I've always wanted to see him in 3D.

SSBM
Yeah.. But he was all lame and Un-Kraidish in it..
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.
He looked rather Kraid like to me.

I'd really like to see combinable beams.  It'd also be great if they gave the Grapple Beam more uses.
Well, my joke item was used in Echoes (Screw Attack) so I have to go with Speedbooster.
i think it would be cool if you were going through an area you'd been through five hundred times already, and then suddenly, with a thunderous bang, the room exploded and kraid's head emerged from the ground and tried to bite you in half. after you shoot at him, he rises up to his full height, and you have to figure out how to get up to his head to stop him before he squashes you flat.

and that would be how the fight would start.
Seems too event++ driven.
they could always make it random. :)

Speed runners have suffered enough from randomness.

Edit: >_<
That's true. A speedrunner wouldn't appreciate having Kraid step on them during a good run.
If it was random, he'd be able to pop up the first time you entered, possibly. Actually, that'd be funny.

"Oh shit, I don't have any missiles yet!"
I think Nate's idea would be good, but the appearance of Kraid would be like Meta-Ridley in Prime, only after a certain point in the game would he appear (though without collecting all of the artifacts).  Also, I wish they'd make it possible to turn left and right while doing the screw attack and wall jump on all surfaces.  I like all of the other ideas mentioned here too, especially the door thing (since skipping beams would be possible then Mr. Green).

Edit: but I don't like the idea of fast-firing missiles, just the trick from Prime would be good.

I was wondering just the other day how messed-up crazy insane it would be to get good enough at Katamari Damacy to do a cogent speed-run, what with objects attaching onto the katamari adding an almost random factor.  You'd have to be utterly precise to get a planned path down.

You did know about this, right?
Cook of the Sea
No, I didn't.

Also, look at this hurr:

"The controls in KD are extremely random and imprecise, so I have to admit these runs look sloppier than I'd like. I was more interested in the strategy than in the execution, so I didn't spend much time repeating the levels once I'd finalized my route. There's definitely room for improvement in overall smoothness. The exception is the Moon level; I practiced that one for a while, because that's by far the most interesting level."
Prime 3, eh?

Umm... Yeah, I have no idea... Making it less like Echoes, I guess, would be a good thing...

I have to say I liked some of the bosses in Echoes, though. Or rather, the solution to beating them. Some felt like really good Zelda bosses. Some were even more fun to figure out than really good Zelda bosses. That's definitely a good thing. I'd like less "shoot this until it dies" and more "go here, shoot this, then go there and use this on that, repeat until it dies."

I'd also like some more originality... and less obviously-made-up-names. Seriously. Grenchler? Blogg?? Sporb??? I want to kick the person who named them "sporbs". It sounds too stupid for words. Except the word sporb. Even Rezbit is a stupid name. It sounds like something I could come up with when making MUD characters when I was 10.

Ummm... more memorable music and less newly introduced races and such would also be nice. More about the Chozo, please. Also, Kraid. I like Kraid. I was disappointed not to see him or Mother Brain in Echoes, since there was this scan in MP1 that said three frigates split up after the first destruction of Zebes, and the first of them contained Ridley...

This post is slightly too long for my liking.

Here's what I'd like to see in MP3:

-Stackable Beams

-Spazer Beam

-The ability to unequip items

-The real Screw Attack, not the hybrid SJ/SA that they had in Echoes.

-The real Space Jump, like the one in Super

-Perhaps the High Jump Boots, which would come before the Space Jump Boots

-Speed Booster

-Super Missiles

-Power Beam

-New Charge Combos

Yeah, I know, those were pretty much all taken from Super. What's wrong with that?
But, finally and most importantly, I'd like to seesome new upgrades/items. Especially Beams. We haven't seen any truly new Beams since Super. Yes, this means you, Dark and Light Beams. Go exact replicas of the Ice and Plasma Beams. Oh, and the Annihilator, which sucked, anyway.
I would like the return of Kraid, make it less frustrating (in MP2:E the last boss own'd me and that scarred me inside, I will NEVER play single player in MP2:E), NO RIDLEY, original ideas but sticking with the Metroid feel.

I really want to see what they can do with the Speed Booster and Shinesparking.
everybody knows it's true
this
I would like to see a combination of mp and super. And if they made screw attack possible in 3D, then I'm sure speed booster can be done.
