I take back what I said earlier about what I want in this game, beam-wise.  So I'd like to change what I want.

Instead of a scattershot on the Dark Beam, put that on the Spazer.  As for the Dark Beam combo...

Quote from DeathNoble in the Make Your Own Items thread:
The Dark Spreader.  That would pwn.  It doesn't freeze anything, but it does spread dark energy around like the Ice Spreader.  And if any poor creature is left alive by the blast, they get attacked by the homing globs so long as they're in the spread until it goes away.

And what a multi-bomb drop?  Like the Bomb Gaurdian in Echoes uses when you don't blast him in the mouth quick enough.  That'd be cool, since bombs are actually kinda powerful, when you think about it...
Defently a Kraid battle that would be neat. I would mostly like to see them possibly continue the X-Parasite storyline.
Cook of the Sea
Continuation of something that hasn't happened yet?
Oh yes I forgot about that MP2 happens before SM and MF.

:P
And besides...  The X were completely destroyed at the end of Fusion...

Unless...  Rolling Eyes
Theoretically, couldn't the DNA from samus's suit (Fusion suit) be enough to keep the X alive? For instance just taking the DNA and using it to create the organism itself?  Rolling Eyes

...They could come up with something far-fecthed. Hell, they even manage to make Ridley survive by making him a cyborg in Metroid Prime.
Umm... we're talking about the next Metroid Prime, not the next x attack. Though, a sequel to fusion would be cool.

I was thinking that they could make the comeback of the X through this simple little twist:  Remember the people that surgically removed parts of her power suit?  Well, they were wearing shielded suits, but what about the people that transported it to B.S.L.?  Shoot, don't forget that the X have the ability to "keep" the DNA they absorb.  I.E.- an X can absorb the DNA of animal 1 and then go gelatin and absorb animal 2 and then have those two animals DNA "memorized" and able to use any DNA at any time.  Even the ability to mix DNA.  Remember the slime creatures in Fusion...

Anyway, [/Off topic-ness]
I thought the ones that transported it to BSL died too. But then, it never says that, so it's possible.
Here's one:
going to another planet (sorry if this was mensioned already)
On a bigger planet, it will have heavy gravity that slows Samus down. It looks like the gravity suit just got a new use! Well to make it somewhat sci-fictional.
Too many fangirls to count
A ridley fight (ya gotta have a ridley fight, stupid echoes and ROS).
A Kraid fight. He would be good in 3-d.
Also, if it takes place between 1 and 2, then how about a mother brain fight?
Classic beams/
Not to be in 3-d. (I wish)
How about this huh? A Grapple Beam combo to use in combat against enemies. You'd fire the grapple beam at your enemy, drag them towards and releasing the grapple beam allows you to fire a charged shot right in their face. Also a beam saber would be great to see also, so you can hold your own in close combat situations.

That would be great!  Stupid Grapple Beam guardian lording it over Samus that he has what would be a superior tactic in the right hands...
Well the Grapple Beam did double up as an effective weapon in SM, especially against the Mochtroids in Maridia. So you never know....
Oh yeah I forgot that the Grapple Beam can be used to beat Draygon in Super Metroid.  And Kraid had better be there in 3d, because he was intended to be in Prime. Besides, they should make Kraid for challenging. And the other original Metroid forms should be there in 3d( Like Gamma and Omega). They would add extra difficulty to the game and the better stronger forms would start to appear as you progress.
They should do something with Omeg Metroids' tail.  It looks so...  Stupid.  Maybe if it were bigger, longer, thicker and and tipped with a scythe or something like that.

Now there'd be a 3-D melee fight...
How about an enemy or boss which wear a Metroid as a hat? Possibly even multiple metroids. The metroids channel energy to the creature, replenishing its health over and over again. You can either kill all the metroids before finally wiping out the boss, or you can try and wipe out all its health before a metroid gets a chance to replenish it. Of course, after beating the boss using the second tactic, you would need to fight all the metroids.

And during the battle, the metroids would be constantly attacking you and draining energy so they can replenish the boss' health.
Beware: off duty ninja
I have a simple request: do not nerf the metroids again >.< I was sadly disappointed when I found out that all it took to kill a metroid was an ice beam shot and one missile. and the amount of health htat they took off was laughable. I may be old school, but bring back the metroids that will suck your e tanks dry in half a second and need moer than one missile to kill after an ice beam shot. you know, the ones that made you drop a brick when you saw one.
my umbrella goes directly to Bankai
even the MZM Metroids are harder to kill....

i think there should be a new major boss that comes back a lot, like Ridley but way different.
lol no way
Crocomire? Or more like something completely brand new?
<cough> Dark Samus <cough cough>
And now for somthing completly different...

Skip to about 5 minutes into the movie to see the revolution helmet.

Ready and willing.
Man, that was long before the Rev controller was revealed, and it was totally fake. The guy who did it said he made it as a statement against the rapid development and lifecycle of consoles not allowing game companies to get comfortable with any one system, but... uh... I'm not seeing it in that vid.

Explains the Virtual Boy, though.
