I have concerns that if we were to find a SW in the main area of Skytown that we would be unable to wallcrawl to spiderball early.  The reason I think it wouldn't be possible is because all of the zipline rooms seem to have no end to the room bounds horizontally.  Sure there is a ceiling what we can get into, see SW 3.  but that zone is so far above the room that if we managed to make it to the zsipline leading to spiderball we would be unable to get that high after loading the room.  Because the zipline bounds would overlap the other room, you would find yourself unable to float, and if you fell you'd simply terminal fall.

I hope this is not the case.
Just stand next to the door and aether jump up...
whats an aether jump?  if it involves standing outside the bounds of the room and in an area you can float on  I don't think it'll be doable. imagine a donut on a table, you're right outside the edge of the donut, imagine the donut is the rooms bounds, when outside of it you float.  Now, lets say you load the next donut next to it.  when that donut appears, its room bounds might actually be that of the entire table, overlapping the previous donut, rendering you unable to float.  and you'll fall and respawn somewhere.
Why don't you enter SW3 and figure out whether that's actually the case then.
I found a Secret World in Piston Hall, Elysia!!!!!!

First, please note I found this by COMPLETE accident, so it may or may not be difficult to reproduce....

I can't record a video on my explanation one how to get to the SW so I'll try my best to explain it in words.

First, take note of the gap in the middle of the room, where you must Screw Attack across it to get to the other side, where there is a rotating door thing that will block you if you time the Screw Attack incorrectly.

Now with PRECISE timing, Screw Attack across so you HIT the door, and fall down. If done correctly, you will fall down on the little piece of platform that is sticking out. You should be face to face with the rotating door thing now.

I don't know if this is necessary to do, but this is what happened when I found the SW.

Now, exactly when the door rotates, walk into it. You'll take some damage, but you'll also fall down and end up in the SW!

I found this by complete accident so if you manage to reproduce it somehow, please credit me thanks!

Sorry if my explanation was bad. I'm just so excited becasue I actually found a SW for the first time in playing all the Prime games!
Sweet. There we go, our other east Elysia SW... though I'm not sure if it'll be useful (haven't thought about it much though).

I'll try to video it later today.

[if Xade says its a Sw, then it is, period.

Flamy > me about this stuff. :P

EDIT: Somehow got lucky and got it within the first five minutes of trying to do it.

my umbrella goes directly to Bankai
another rather simple to enter SW.
nice find.

i wonder if this one will give us a big SB...
That's very doubtful. East Elysia's already as broken as it's gonna get - you can get the only two items back there in whatever order you want and there's no way the bomb components will be collectable in a different order than 1 2 3.

I doubt it'll help unless we manage to get there without Screw or something.

Nice.  :P
Can't get this to work.. it works on normal right?

I seem to be able to get good pushes in every direction but the pit
I recorded it on normal, so yes. It looks to me like you need to be pretty much perfect with the timing, but el padrino apparently has a way of doing it consistently, so...
Anywhere, everywhere
I've come up with a lead for 2 secret worlds in skytown. In both of the landing sites that the AU helps you lower, you can get to the top of that canopy thing. Just jump and land in that little groove in it and boost up the top (boost aiming must be on). You can get to the top, but if you unmorph, you slide off. I found out, though, that if you lay a bomb, then unmorph, you won't fall, but you still can't jump. Maybe getting on top like this could be used somehow...
Sweet, Secret World 8 is here. extra_smug

In Bryyo:
I've known you can stand on the edge of the morphball tunnel from my first playthrough. But yeah, it didn't hit me to try it until I saw LogitechZDAS's vid. If you do the trick without pulling the first tunnel you'll get stuck btw.
lol... it's "SDAZ". :P

Awesome job. Now we just need one in Cliffside so we can get ship missiles without ice missiles. This SW does mean we can now get the Ice Bryyo ship missile without the ship missiles from Hangar Bay, though, and although there aren't any places to use it, it does display a counter showing how many you have in the lower-right corner when the command visor is on, so I'll try it out later and see if any numbers appear.

Quote from el padrino:
can you (or someone) be able to make a better quality video?

I can make one later if that's fine.

Oh right. >.>

Yeah, that'd be better since my camera produces terrible quality.
Awesome find.  I didn't even know you could stand on the end of the tunnel on that side.  Of course you can stand on the end of the tunnel on the other side, but when you grapple the missing tunnel piece down, it just knocks Samus down into the gel.
Random idea I thought of - stand somewhere in a room so you will respawn there if you jump into a terminal fall, then SA through a door and fall into a fall in another room and respawn in the first room which is now dumped or secretized or something... any rooms where this could be tested?

EDIT: From what I've tested this doesn't work... probably won't work anywhere, still might though...
You can enter SW6 during the Rundas fight - when you unmorph the game always makes Samus face Rundas, so turn the camera around so it's facing away from Rundas and you can do a BSJ anywhere. BSJ on top of the ice pillars he stands on then another one to get into the skywalk.
Every Bit Counts
So, do we have 2 ways to "skip" Rundas?
yeah, you can skip him when he has full health with the SW. It's still not worth doing in a run though.
Does Rundas still try to attack you?  Can he be led beyound the room boundaries?  I've tried riding in front of him as he "surfs" around, to do what you have accomplished, with no avail.  Great job!

It's very cool that you noticed that tiny bit of useful information.  Perhaps all boss fights do similar?
A lot of boss fights are like that - the fight I noticed it in first was Korakk, then I remembered it was like that with Rundas too and thought maybe I should try getting in the SW that way.

He does still try to attack you; you can make him charge into a wall endlessly doing this (though you can also do that by breaking the ice then standing next to the door for a while). I didn't really try getting him out of the room, but that might be possible.

There was one point, though, where I jumped at a spot on the wall he was charging into. He stopped charging and hit me through the wall with his ice sword and I went flying way out.
In relation to that, I tried making Ghor burn open the entrance in his fight, no success.
