hmm i wasn't able to find stats for many pokes online - gonna go see if gamestop has a guide with stats in it. unfortunately i've got a lot of errands to run today so i can't play atm ;(

how do you get a mystery gift? i already beat the first gym ...

You just have to use the mystery gift option in the game menu, connect via the internet, and pick it up at a Pokemon center.

screenshots don't mean much though due to ivs, i want to see a list of actual base stats

so with froakie i went with rash (+spatk, -spdef) since he doesn't learn many good physical attacks and i don't care about spdef as much as def on him
