I have trouble with the dodging sometimes because the timing is so different than other games. Games like Dark Souls and Bayo require you to wait until the last millisecond before the dodge, but this game you have to dodge much earlier because the dodge animation take a while.

i find myself not caring much about the horses in this game. they're not that much faster than running, and you can't do stuff like pick up items on the ground, which i want to do constantly. plus you can't call them from anywhere, so it's like ... why bother

i think if nintendo patched it to make horses more useful, like give you a net to pick up items and let you call them from anywhere, they'd be great

i don't really mind the controls, just like i never mind controls. i get used to them, then they're fine

They should really just make you pick up non-equipment automatically if you get near it since there's no reason not to get it

wow, you can refill your stamina gauge while running if you hold down the whistle button

wonder if that was intentional, sure looks like it

Really? Wow. Can't wait to try it. As it is, I make tons of speed boosting meals/elixirs (and something else too but spoilers) because I feel like I have to run the whole time. That would be fine except stamina. That's why I hated the stamina gauge in SS. Walking after running just feels way too slow.

I just use the stealth set and always set time to night, the set bonus is speed up at night

Great for combat too for easy stealthstrikes

actually it looks like just whistling period refills your stamina. you tap it, then the meter starts to fill until you press the run button again

I don't think I get what you mean. When you whistle you stop sprinting, and when you stop sprinting your stamina naturally refills.

I use that too but I didn't want to reveal the set bonus to anyone who hasn't gotten that far yet.

i have it but have never used it, so i didn't know what the bonus was. night time only is lame though. i always skip night time unless i'm in a new area because it's way harder to see stuff around you

The set bonuses don't appear until you've upgraded the entire suit multiple times.

I have spent more than 45 minutes trying to get ONE FUCKING KOROK SEED. It's in a place where you have to set a small rock down to complete a circle of rocks. There is only one rock nearby, and it's on a cliff above the circle. You cannot drop it to the circle below because it rolls over an edge. You cannot throw it because it goes over a ledge. I have tried both about 10 times each, having to build a fire and rest between each attempt because that's the only way to make the rock respawn. I'm out of wood so I can't try again, so I spent 10 minutes scouring the entire area looking for another rock and there isn't one.

I spent 90 minutes trying to get a korok seed yesterday, and I still didn't get it. It shouldn't be this hard.

You can't use stasis on small stones. Octo balloons don't work either. They lift the rock up, but there's no wind to move it horizontally. Using a korok leaf just makes it go straight up. I'm at a complete loss. I think it's just one of those one in a million things where you have be standing at just the right place with the right conditions and it inexplicable just doesn't roll off the ledge even though it does ever other 999,999 times.

You can't even jump down there while holding it because if you get anywhere near the edge, he drops the stone and it rolls off the ledge.

Looks like the infinite run thing is holding whistle and mashing run
