Huh, I'm somewhat partial to the older cavern palette. The newer one looks like classic crateria? The forest bg in the other pics makes them looks awesome though.

You have a fantastic grasp of color, FirePhoenix. All of those shots look way more vibrant than I'm used to seeing in Super Metroid, and it's a wonderful change of pace.

It's a stylistic choice I've settled on. The palettes are rather bright and cheery looking. It's plenty different than the duller colors one's used to seeing in SM hacks.

Well, if Super Metroid is any indication fo how Metroid should be... the first 5 minutes should be gloomy and dark, but then everything has to light up in alien super-technicolor. :P

I STILL NEED GRAPHICS!

Seriously, I have no graphics for my worlds. There's only about 5 more rooms that I can make in Forensrem with my current graphics since I finished all of Volgaia two or three months ago. I've really wanted to go the mostly custom route with my hack's graphics, that way I can better control how they look, but without actually being able to draw them myself I'm left floundering. I asked on Metconst and that got me nowhere. Sure, I've been lazy and doing other things recently, but I really do want to keep working at some point! I'll use ripped graphics from games only as a very big last resort because I don't want that.

If ANYONE would be interested in drawing graphics for me, PLEASE let me know, at which point I'll ask to see your capabilities and then judge if I want you to draw or not. (Simply a precautionary measurement. I don't want someone with little skill getting the job.)

Momba: Forensrem's FG tiles were made for me by someone over a year ago and I edited them a little to fit. The background is actually a rip from some SNES game. I got from an SMW hacker and he didn't say where they were from but they fit perfectly.

Crys: I'm going to talk with Obsy first and if I need anything else I'll keep you in mind.
