I would make kraid a new ugly bad ass and fighting him totally awesome. He would have a jiggly beer-belly featuring totally organic realistic physics which means you have to speed-ball into his stomach and use it as a trampoline to jump into his mouth as he gets tickled and starts out to laugh. Then inside him you use a power-bomb and he blows up.

For once, you've come up with a totally awesome idea. I'd totally play an entire game with boss fights like that, even if the rest of it was as boring as Twilight Princess.

Agreed, because the other ideas are totally tripple that total awesomeness:)
@ ark and pic: It always looks better in motion. It is hard to go below the visual quality of Prime so dont be afraid of the visuals. They wont be your problem.
Except they only have a little over two months left to finish the game. Not sure what they're still working on at this point, but that's not a lot of time before they have to finalize everything and get it to the production line. Graphics could get a boost as far as the textures are concerned, but I'm starting to think that what we've seen is likely what we're going to get in the end. How many games these days have a complete overhaul in two months time?
Also depends on how old the material was when they put it into the trailers to begin with.
heh yeah i was going to say that. doesn't even look anything close to even gamecube quality.
N64 graphics is something like ocarina of time or mario 64. No clue what is wrong with your eyes but this Samus-model is clearly luxury in detail to be ingame for a gamecube and even a wii.
btw. you can see this pic in motion in the trailer here (1:47) with some shading on it. How does it look now to you?

two months is a long time lol. some games have only one-year or six-month development cycles, after all. production likely only takes up the last few weeks or month.
I hate to agree with J_SNAKE on anything, but he's right here. The grapphics are tecnically sound. Art design is one thing, but on a purely objective level the graphics look to rank among the best on the Wii. You can't go comparing Wii graphics to HD consoles.
