NOt much difference beween 100 and ANY cause 100% are the runs I do... except Super which I never completed 100%  I plan to just finish M1 and M2 (reg and 100%) and Super 100% to bring my time(s) down to the ~25 hour range.  Will work on that immediately...
Anywhere, everywhere
After finishing Redesign I decided to get back working on Super and I really lowered my time on it. (The hack really improved some of my skills!) Anyways, I went from 1:26 to 1:03. Mr. Green New Hunters-less TMT is 9:23, Hunters TMT is 11:43.

I think my TMT upgrading is just about done; I think I've done my best at all of the games now.
I will quote myself and edit new times in it.

Quote from mightypoo007:
Fastest times:

2 RoS 1:17 (100%)
Zero Mission 0:32 (any%)
Fusion 0:57 (any%)
Prime 3:16 (100%)
Echoes 5:48 (any%) (arrgghh bad time)
Super M. 1:48 (34%)
(I don't have a timer for Metroid 1 but I know for sure it's in 1 hour.)

1:17:xx
0:32:xx
0:57:xx
3:16:xx
5:48:xx
1:48:xx
1:00:xx (that's somewhere between 40 and 60 minutes)
----------
14:38:xx

14h:38m to complete all Metroid games (with or without 100%) I did a simple run again through Prime 2, but it's so boring... This games messes up my total time Evil or Very Mad

This makes my total time 14:38, if I calculated correctly. I hope to get something like 12 or 13 hours when Prime 2 and Super Metroid are finished  8-)

EDIT: Oh, if you put Hunters with it (1h:37m) you get a 16h:15m. That is a shaaaame  :(

Echoes: 03:12

Super: 00:50
Fusion: 01:13

Total: 10:32

The power went out at my house for about seven hours yesterday, so I had plenty of time to play Metroid. Managed to reduce my ZM time by 15 seconds, which was enough to move the time from 43 to 42 minutes. TMT is now 10:31. 8-)

Oh right: I never updated my TMT+Hunters time: I believe it should be 13:08. (My Hunters best time is 2:37)

I should really go back and try to improve my NES Metroid time sometime soon. That's probably my best chance right now to lower the TMT.

... How?
He was playing the handheld games, as he mentioned in another thread.
Oh, right.
Heh, sorry about that. Forgot to mention it here.

Anyway... I guess I was wrong about not being able to do any better on Super: Just finished a run through it and managed to cut another TWO minutes off of my record: Down to 0:48 now.

So, my TMT is now 10:29. grin new (Finally! I'm within 30 minutes of being under 10 hours 8-))

Edit: As for how I lost power...

The storm knocked over a tree onto the power lines one road from my house. (It supposedly took down FIVE telephone poles in the process too.)
How will I ever know how long it took to finish Metroid from NES? I guess you have to put a big timer next to your screen or somthing like that?
I just use a stopwatch, since I play Metroid through the unlockable on Zero Mission. It's a pain to stop and start it again when I die, but it's the best thing I can think of at the moment.

Managed to barely slice another minute off of Super: Down to 0:47 now. TMT is now 10:28.

Gooood! aiwebs_016

I'm shaving off a few HOURS soon when I finish both Prime 1 & 2. I guess I will have something like 12 or 13 hours. Then Super Metroid... Can't wait  aiwebs_008
I'm at the point where I can't really do that unless I can master some new tricks for Prime or Echoes. Maybe if I'm lucky I can cut about 20 min or something off of my Metroid time, but that's probably the biggest chunk I will be able to cut off anytime soon. (Well, besides Hunters maybe, but that doesn't count in the official TMT right now... Wink)
everybody knows it's true

It's TMT, not TMP.
Played Zero Mission today, and was lucky enough to reduce my record time from 0:42 to 0:39. So, there goes another three minutes from my TMT, which is down to 10:25 now. (TMT+Hunters is now 13:02 I believe.)

Metroid Prime is now 1:16.

TMT goes to 12:10 with Hunters, 9:50 without.

I need to seriously run fusion.  I think I could get sub hour on that.

How about if you actually run the other games?

Ready and willing.
That would involve owning them. Notice how both games are for the same system? (True, MII is in a sense for the GBA too, but it's much older and therefore harder to find.)
Quote from Yoshi348:

Or using an emulator, yeah -- not much difference if you have both TV-out and a USB gamepad at hand.

Except that you're a dirty rotten theif.
Sure, and by your logic, if, say, your friend who bought the game lends or presents it to you, you become thief as well.
