VERY NICE

3 main things you could have done better though

1.In the draygon room, you could have space boosted through the bomb blocks

2.After the

secret message

there is a bit more

3.During the nightmare fight there was a long time where you didn't shoot him/it, was this bypassable

Meh, didn't feel to me like a big enough deal to do. I was aware of this though.

Not without a lot more work than I'm willing to put into saving a second or two, I figured the fight was good enough already, from an entertainment point of view. I could've killed him a lot lower too, since it takes him quite a while to get to his "death spot".

Maybe someone decides to read some comments before watching the segment and they don't want to be spoilered? I dunno. I'd like to think there was some mystery about wether it was gonna happen or not, meh.

Especially because you took a whole different route and most people would normally not go to the secret message.

Congratulations on the completion of your TAS run dragonfangs. I've watched every segment every week and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Those were excellent tricks in Metroid Fusion that you've presented through your run.

woah i didn't expect this one to be the last segment. the tricks used in BOX II were really neat and Ridley died really fast. i liked how SA-X and OM were pwned so fast too with the special moves :p. congrats on finishing the run. those were 2 months of fun watching it each weekend. it was almost a routine for me by now :)

You know BMB, I was just happy when I didn't saw the spoiler before the seg.
So yeah :

Now that the run is complete, I might just say something else : You know, I now think that the run has been published the best way. If it were SS I would have not followed every trick that was awesome in the whole run, although the tricks were really waking up! I now think that you played Fusion the best way with your moves and your will to explore every part of the game. Good job Dragonfangs!

This segment was pretty much just supposed to be BOX II, which is what I think everybody was expecting. When I then promptly continue to beat up Both Ridley and SA-X it's supposed to be surprising, unexpected and all that stuff. And to everyone else, I'll be waiting a bit with my overall comments about the run as a whole, I don't want to do that in spoiler tags.

Meh, I suppose this should be enough time for anyone to check out the vid themselves.

So it's been a great experience doing this run, both as a learning experience and something to do for 3 months :P. I'd like to thank everyone for providing "omg you rock" comments, as they helped me immensly with motivation. And I'd also like to thank mainly P.JBoy and Qlex, but others as well, for saying what I could've done better. Those comments will surely help if I were to make another run. On that note, no, I won't make another run :P. At least not until I have tons of spare time again. I know I can shatter Megafrost's current 0% record up on bisqwit, but I have to catch up with other stuff, I've got several unfinished games on my shelf and there's a lot more coming this year. Not to mention the rest of the next-gen consoles. And on top of that, there's school, social stuff and um... sleep?

Anyway, I also want to add that keeping this on a weekly schedule greatly sped up the process as I now had to push myself in order to meat a deadline every week. I can honstely say that this would've taking at least triple the time it took if I were to do it in a SS. There would've been a lot of "meh, I can do that later" (later eventually turning into weeks), especially with Zazabi, Yakuza and Nightmare.

Random IMO stats:
Best Room: The room with all the toads in segment 2
Best Boss Fight: BOX II
Worst Boss Fight: SA-X
Most Surpisingly Easy Boss: Ridley
Most Suprisingly Hard Boss: Zazabi
Best Finishing Blow: Serris
Worst Finishing Blow: Arachnus
Most Useful New Trick: Double Core-x shot after spawn
Coolest Shinepark: The one killing the Power Bomb barrier for no reason.
Best Upgrade: Speed Booster
Worst Upgrade: Space Jump

Dragonfangs, about the thanks : No problem but I didn't think I had been the most helpful I could have been. P.JBoy did comment every segment with a lot of technical stuff. But, well, If you make some other run, I'll watch and comment, you can count on me.
About your random imo stuff, best upgrade and worst upgrade lol that's true...
P.JBoy : I think he would have had to take damage in order to do that, so it wouldn't have been a 0% no-damage run.
