What exactly is it you're doing in that tall shaft heading up to the etecoons. Not the sparking one, the one with that weird door thing. It looks like you're jumping in midair.

it's kinda like a super metroid door jump fusioned
he jumps through the door presses right for 10 frames, the presses left for 2 frames, then presses right and A, as soon as he does, this happens for one frame and he just continues jumping

Hah, I was wondering how long it would take for you to notice the door jump, I've used it twice already, although they weren't as obvious since the jump actually moves away from the door, so it appears to be a walljump.

And it was known? Aw, I thought I found another new thing :P

I did manage to finish the segment, joy. But nate hasn't finished the video yet and noone gets the vbm before the video is available. Just be patient, I know I missed last week and I regret it but there's not a lot we can do except wait.

I don't want nate to feel any stress or guilt for not having the video yet, I'm sure you have a good reason.

EDIT:When I saw you went the normal way and used a power bomb, I remembered what I originaly thought you were gonna do, a low hight shinespark instead of the power bomb(might be faster) and knowing you (which I don't) you'd do this

Well, I enjoyed that segment, and I don't see anything that could improve time, but I noticed two things about entertainment : [list=1]

You don't space jump while speedboosting when around 7:07, that would've been cool.

When against Nettori you get away too much from some shots.[/list:o]

Yeah... It's holidays in France, so I got enough time to post my two cents here. Anyway I also think that seg 9 is one of the best. Good work!

Yeah, I tried, but the stupid Power Bombs explode reeeeally slowly. And waiting for it to blow on the way back would've been a drag.

I just loved how I figured out, personally, that constantly unmorphing/morhping in the air was the slowest way to descend, by far. And the very next day, that same technique was used to wall jump on one wall >_<.

the boss kills were what impressed me the most. it's interesting how fast they can die.

Same as what I done, exept he started from the auxillary power station, and it's much slower with space jump, other than that, he morphed at the same time and boosted at the same place (atleast finished there)
