Was just pointed out to me that the board index/my stream thread no longer says "On Air" when I'm streaming... Maybe ustream changed something and broke it?
Okay, apparently it didn't have any code at all. <_< Just had a link to the stream... No idea when that happened (though it was still embedding fine). Pasting in the code fixed it.
This isn't too important, but is there an easier way to go to a specific post found when searching? It seems that the only way to go to the post that you actually want is to click on the date. Is this true, or am I just missing something?
You know how there's a message that appears when someone tries to post in an old thread? Would it be possible for a similar message to appear when someone tries to post when they're not on the last page of a thread? I know that a couple of times I've posted in a thread when I wasn't really on the last page, and my post is then out of context. Not too much of a problem, it would just be a nice feature.
On a related note, an edit doesn't seem to make a thread new (i.e. it still brings up the warning for posting in old threads). The thread in question is the Super Metroid Old School thread, with tbolt76's edit on the last post. Is this unavoidable due to the coding?
Edit: Another minor bug. I was in the Old School thread when tbolt76 made another post (a few seconds ago), and I still get the warning when trying to post. Is this because it was open when the thread became marked 'new'?
The page number box is poking out into the post box.
Also, I changed my avatar earlier today, and when I preview this post, it shows the old avatar.
I vaguely remember this last thing happening before, but apparently it still happens (the two farthest left pixels in the "Metroid" word are not changing color when hovered over).
Probably insignificant. Upon further inspection, the same apparent "issue" is on this very page, too. Must have been a taiga update of some kind at these times.
itsPersonnal's stream thread seems to be stuck on on-air, which means it's being kept at the top of the Metroid Prime board. Relatedly, maybe it'd be better to restrict the stream bumping to certain boards or something? Having one stream thread bumped up all the time like that looks really out of place, and I'm not sure if he's actually streamed Prime lately.
