I don't think Root Cave without SJ is even possible inbounds. Someone correct me if I'm wrong there... has anyone done it?

I'm unsure, but i could see it being possible pretty feasibly... I know miles has done it out of bounds

Without SJ I think the only real option is Tallon Canyon (or maybe Frigate Crash Site if you're stupid). Not a fun wallcrawl because the SW entrance is a bitch and Root Cave is not a fun room to wallcrawl (it's really tall which means you have a long way to fall and IIRC the door transition to get in is pretty annoying).

hah, looks like a pretty lucky first seed. Nope, you're screwed, you can't get Wave out of Workstation.

Also why did you exclude Artifact of Truth? Are you using the current version of the randomizer?

Hmm... I just received an error while using GCRebuilder. "Multiple FST image? Please mail me info about this image". How should I handle this? I was attempting to access the ISO for the .pak files.

Wasnt able to do it manually, had gcr issues so i'm using the script from page... Now i cant find it. Version 0.5-2. I left the exclusions default.

I had the FST issue as well, I think it was a bad ISO. I replaced it with a clean copy and it stopped the FST issue. When I would try to save however, I'd get an error. Something like "cannot read past end" or something like that. Then I got the script and it all worked fine.

What is the current version?

Ahh, sorry. I just downloaded version 2.0 of the randomizer. Why does that matter, though? I haven't been able to use the randomizer because I haven't got the .pak files yet. This is my first attempt at using it.

The version question was directed at Parax.

I couldn't get it to work dumping the ISO myself. Once I got past the FST thing I found I couldn't rebuild. Using the script to dump, extract, randomize, and rebuild works just fine however

New Features:
-VETERAN DIFFICULTY ADDED
-A functioning menu
-Remembers location of Prime_Randomizer.exe and root folder now, you only have to enter them the first time
-Backup and restore pak files (protects the randomizer from mangling your pak files if you quit in the middle of the randomizing process)
-Help function tells you more about an option.

If anybody finds any bugs in the program or you get any seemingly incompletable seeds, please let me know.

Easy mode will be added very shortly (I doubt anyone here cares about it). Hypermode and Why mode will be added sometime in the future.
