Just finished watching it, and man that power pirate trolling you (not to mention Ridely) must've given Miles that window he needed. (at least it did from my PoV 'cause you two were neck and neck the whole way through)

Either way it was entertaining to watch.

Once Miles caught up about mid way through it was neck and neck the entire time.
30 second leads would drop to 3 seconds and even change the rankings.

That was definitely worth the watch.
Wow was it good.

Now I can understand why speed runners talk in terms of "saves 15 seconds" and that's a big fucking deal.

Ive done new run ! Its been a year since ive played this game LOL. I was so rusty. Anyway i did 1:32 SS beated my old record of 1:37 I think not sure. Maybe next year ill give another try ahah.

Did another one yesterday. This time i finished the game in 1:23 SS. I think thats a pretty decent time, but I really want under 1:20. So i might try it again soon.

This is my fastest time. I know I have to improve but this is my first time using the sequence-break and speed tricks. The next time I finish Prime I will return here.

Just finished with a SS run (my first completed one as well) and got 1:59 on the 0-00 version. (on stream as well and tbh I didn't expect sub 2 hours.)

Also I got a new pb with the frigate escape. 4:21.23

Obviously I need to work a bit more on the SS category but I think sub 2 hours is a good start, especially after not playing the game for months.

The run was pretty messy but I nailed the thardus dash which made up a lot of time. Don't know if I can get much lower than this.

I have a lot of free time at the moment and I want to get back into speedrunning prime again. Can someone catch me up on any major breaks that were discovered in the last 4 years or so? I see 21% was achieved, amazing. Is anyone crazy enough to be attempting a 21% speed run? In the mean time I'm gonna watch all the latest runs and try to shake off the rust.
