I have to go with plasma.  It's definantly the coolest looking beam in super metroid, after you remove the other beams and its just green. I'ts also the strogenst(besides phazon and hyper) so my vote goes to plasma.

The initial Charge Beam is cool. It kicks all butt, since it is the only one with a sleak creasent shape that is actually two bullets.

Plasma Beam

Its a drastic improvement over Fusion's attempt at the Spazer, the wide beam.  It also sounds freaking COOL!!!  :D
