I like the pmega metroid at the end they looked a lot differnt from the one in metroid 2.
Thread title:
While he was cool, the ridley bass fight was so sudden. I had completly forgtten about it..... Meanwhile serris had a lot building up for it. You saw all this damage it did and I was just like: "Oh, man I have to fight the thing that did THIS?" The Omega metroid is cool as well. Cause it kicks the gunship out of you so much, that you have to recover from its attacks. The plant boss battle is cool as well. It's all like "Chozo?! Why you hate me?!" I like all of those bosses.
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.
Nightmare.  Not a single doubt in my mind.

Ready and willing.
I think Ridely, probably because he's just a sheer adrenaline rush of missles. Wheeeeeeeeee..............
Ridley's fun. I love just holding down R and pressing B. It's fun, even though I'm really not doing much.
SA-X. Never had a battle against another Samus till then.
My Favrotie boss is.... The big ball i call fungess thang. Because its hella easy to beat.
ZAZABI

actually, i like ridley the best, as usual, though yakuza i think is extremely well designed (for fusion, anyway).

Yay hornoad!!!

<_<
>_>

Okay, okay, My vote goes to the Nightmare. Funnerer (and kinda nerve-racking) on 1% run.
BOX II. He's fun. Then Ridley.

I also love killing Omega Metroid in less than 5 seconds too. But it's a little too short of a battle to be any fun.
SA-X.  For the same Atmospheric reason Meta Phantoon mentioned.  Crazy alien bitch been blowing up the station and wrecking stuff and plotting against you, and is an enhanced version of you, and you gotta kill it.

Go! :)
soaking through
Nettori.  I can't say ridley, cos he's a bitch on a 1% run.  *shivers*.

I like Nettori 'cos it's a nicely structured boss, with the two fights then the core-X, and I like the way that when you beat it, all the planty crap goes away.

Omega Metroid's fun too, especially on a 1% run, 'cos you have to do it really fast and it's really satisfying running up and letting rip.

LOL.  I just noticed that sensor at the beginning...  Ridley's a ridley...  heheheh...
Serris. Not so much for the buildup, just the way he attacks from all directions so quickly. You can never tell where he'll come from next...

My least favorite was that nasty pong ball spider, yakuza. The grabbing was so cheap...

As is the way to avoid it, but alas, what else can you do? Dodge? psh!

And with Serris, he does follow some predictable patterns, and I can chill there for a while hangin' from a ladder and dropping when necessary, not getting hit.
Nightmare, Nettori, Yakuza, Ridley, BOXes (hard to aim sometimes) those were some rough bosses for me. They are the bosses I died while fighting at least once...
Giant Plant, because he looks dope :D
For me, it's a tie between BOX (I and II), Ridley, and Serris. When I first played it had been a long while since I'd played RoS, so I wasn't accusomted to ultra-suprise boss battles. I heard the rumbling, but when BOX came skidding into battle quickly, accompanied with the awesome music, I pretty much swore aloud at my GBA. Similar with Serries as well, although Serris moves at a more appropriate ambush speed. Box II was cool just because it had the missle launcher. But Ridely... hoo boy... I saw the frozen statue, watched it crumble thinking "Great. He's going to transform into some huge hulking monster."... But the way it was executed, so freakishly semi-sudden, and the battle cry, along with the music crew threw me off... I gotta admit, Ridley looks downright fearsome in Fusion. I actually DROPPED my gameboy when that happened (Which I alsoo almost did at the SA-X encounter after Yakuza). Needless to say, I stupidly pumped a bajillion missiles into him, and eventually won with hardly any energy to spare. The Omega Fight was cool too... because even though you had more than enough time to do it, it still seemed desparate.
Quote from GreenMamba:
Nightmare.  Not a single doubt in my mind.
For build up and suspense - Sa-X. I spent the whole game dreading fighting it. After seeing what it did to the doors. And how quickly it killed me when it caught me. I wasn't looking forward to fighting it.

For sheer difficulty - Nightmare

For classic Metroidy-ness - Ridley. Even tho he was a sap
I personally think Nightmare's introduction is pretty good. When you first saw him fly by, accompanied by the shaking and all, he scared the hell out of me :P and after seeing the destruction it had caused, I was like what is this thing? I really didn't want to fight him, but Adam made me because he's an Adam :(
I'll be back. Maybe...
Nettori.
He looks like a chozo.
WHY!!!!
Either he looks like a chozo because there was a chozo statue there before, (unlikely because there are no chozo statues on BSL), or he infected a chozo while still on SR388 (unlikely, since the Chozo had metroids to protect them from the X)
WHY DOES HE LOOK LIKE A CHOZO!!!

SA-X is really not that difficult if you know a way to loop it. Also, I fight too many other Samuses on SSBM.

Nightmare is too ugly. What a horrible face. Wish he'd eat Adam though.

Serris is easy: killed in two full charge shots.

Omega metroid: lol @ pogo Laughing : It is impossible to fear a thing which looks like it is sitting on a pogo stick and is so weak to such a simple attack. Adam... perhaps he should be underneath the pogo and be crushed.

To me there is no surprise boss... I think I use a guide too much.

Adam should be a boss. It would be so satisfying to destroy him. He will probably be the final boss in the next Metroid (à la Bomberman 64) and shoot bits of story at you until you die of boredom.
Uh, there was a chozo statue. It was in the room where you fought a core that came out of a chozo statue's little ball when you shot it.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
I like the Ridley fight, its very sudden.
I'll be back. Maybe...
But still. There would have to have been a chozo statue in Nettori's room, standing up, and probably covered in moss or something. X full of various mutant DNA and a Plasma Beam from SR388 infects the moss and turns into Nettori. And in MP it says something about a curse on people who defile Chozo Statues. I think it is on a Chozo Lore; and surely that would mean either BSL scientist are followed by chozo ghost, or they come and attack Nettori's X and lose (? CGs are invulnerable to PB). That would be funny to watch.
Now, you all will hate me for this, but i just have to say that i really liked Yakuza.  This is because i always play 100% runs, and with the discovery of the "early shoot him" teachnique, hes pretty easy.  Also, ive just always had a thing for huge mutant spiders.  Yakuza made my cousin scream when she saw me fighting his jumpy phase on my gameboy player.  It was funny.  Laughing
