But it's just not important enough for that. I'm sure if something turns up that's sufficiently exciting for nate to make an instant update with it he'll see it whether it's in the first post or not. It's not like the first post is an official submission of trick, nor is the site required to archive these. They're neat, perhaps, but not actually useful and as such wouldn't be a terribly high priority.

couldn't get kamek's or sparky's stuff because it was all 404 by now. i usually try to save stuff that i want to add immediately when it appears, but for some reason in this case (probably in the case of sparky's stuff because it was hosted on m2k2) i didn't save those files. so if someone wants to repost them, i can add them later this week.

what was the version difference? i can't seem to download it from that link. if it's the energy being halved, it's already up.
as for 0%, until someone does it on a real console, i don't want to deceive people by showing them something they can't really do.

any way the v_d was in easy mode you get 50 health for 1 yellow x and 10 missles for a green x

the save state was just to avoid having to charge the spark again every time. it doesn't mean it's any less possible on the real thing, just more time consuming/annoying. much more difficult things are done in prime every day.
incidentally, i decided not to post ekarderif's proof of the boiler room before meltdown in the most recent update as well, also due to its lack of feasibility in the real game.

Hey everyone! Not been here, but I just went to the Fusion page with all the videos and I noticed my video. Thanks for that!
Anyway, what I wanted to say.. Maybe someone who can record with an emulator could redo the video as it has many stupid actions of me that came because I recorded the original with a webcam. It's much nicer to see the video been done perfect :P Maybe if someone of you feels like redoing the video I'd be really happy! (Or, maybe someone can tell me how to record it myself?)

Are you sure the recording is bad? I only found http://www.metroid2002.com/fusion/other_alternate_arc_route.php which isn't bad at all.
