in the pal version i have to climb and open that fucking door at every try, you just have to jump back to the ship and try again, and again if you dont get it.

always move fast
wall tbj/hbj/dash jump from the upper floaty platform to get to the ledge in phendrana shorelines.  then bomb jump up chozo ice temple, and continue as normal.  for some of the bomb jumps, you may need to turn the camera so you don't get an instant unmorph.

what would i dash off of?  can i dash if i have pc version? no visible enemies that i know of...

always move fast
i think you could lock onto the flickerbats, not sure though.  basically, climb the steps in the back of the room, then dbj/3bj/whatever onto the floaty platform above the highest step (pretty difficult i hear).  and then dash either to the lower platform near the ledge, or directly to the ledge.

Why cant X-Ray Visor be skipped?  it bugs me that i dont know why

OP's "heart" when he's recharging is nonexistant (as far as taking damage goes) as long as the X-Ray visor isn't on.  Since you need the Phazon Suit for Prime, OP can't be skipped, and in turn, neither can the X-Ray visor.

yeah. if you notice in the vid they put on the X-ray visor for a brief moment after using the PB to damage OP.
