Ok, I just got finished playing a string of 10 or so "Find Games." In those 10 games, I saw the finishing screen ONCE. In one spectacularly awful example, three people were playing against me, and every one dropped before two minutes had passed.
I'm not terribly good at this game, as my sig will attest. In the last game, for example, it had ended at only 2-1 (for me, but still) and I was looking forward to playing my opponent again, only to lose connection the second the scores came up. I was pissed, but also confused. Are losses such a scourge that my foe would eschew a competitive future rival just to avoid one?
Nintendo dropped the ball on avoiding disconnecters. There should be an immediate rank penalty for anyone who drops on purpose, so I never have to face scum like that again. Bleach DS, I've heard, causes the dropper to lose 40 or so fights worth of progress, a damn good idea.
