Yo.
Great friend, huh. T_T
One shall stand, one shall ball.
Oh, of course, your friend did it.
ohh good one. we haven't heard that one before.
...
I've noticed this for about a week now, but why is it that the forum no longer displays attached image files as smaller pictures that you enlarge by clicking on them?  Now you have to click the actual file to open it in a temporary folder on your computer, and it was easier when the image was just there for you to look at and then continue scrolling the page.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

fixed the attachment problem. had to do with the thumbnail system. so no more image thumbnails. but topics shouldn't get "cursed" any more either. let me know if there are any further problems. thanks.
Kill't by pagebreak.

Nate removed that function because it was screwing up some topics.

Running dis into the ground.
That's too bad, because I can't download anything.  I hope people embed images more.

Why can't you download?
I have no idea.  It just won't work.  I can't even view Word or .pdf documents or whatever online.
well what happens when you click the link for the attachments?
and did it work before thumbnails were removed?
I never needed to try, but I'd be surprised if it did.
not our problem then. guess you'll have to fix it if you really need to see attachments.

Have you tried a different browser? I seem to recall you mentioning that you were using Google's browser before, maybe that's the problem.
Firefox thinks it's still running, so it won't let me open a new window, and Internet Explorer has too many problems (including lack of downloading stuff).

Could look into Opera.
Did you forget already?  I can't download anything.

I guess my best bet would be to go over to my friend's house and download it (or Internet Explorer 8, if it's any good).

Oh, I thought it was something with the attachments here, not literally everything.

Have you at least tried to simply reinstall Firefox? Also try pressing ctrl+alt+delete and check if Firefox is still running as a process.
I've checked, and it isn't running.  I would reinstall it, but I don't know where it was installed in the first place.
There's some kind of ... whatever - you can use in windows to delete installed programs. If you know what I mean you can head straight there and try to remove Firefox, since it should be listed in there.

I could give a more detailed explanation if I knew windows's english terms, but unfortunatly I don't.
