I noticed.  But I didn't mean the "same page" thing like it sounded. 

Somewhere along the way I took it that absolutely no IBJ had to be done to get any items, and if I thought I had to 'IBJ' I'd actually have to go about some other way of obtaining said items.

Crap, spent last 2 days on lost caverns and still haven't figured it out. I've followed the large stallagmites/stallagtites but to no avail...  aiwebs_016

I go up until I see the stallagmite on the left, I follow it an end up in a chamber with a stallagmite on the left and right. up one level there is a stallagmite on the right, following it does nothing. Down one level is a stallagmite on th right, following it will lead me through about 2 chambers with stallagmites on the right. Which eventually leads me back to the left side of the chamber with the stallagmite on the left and right.

Also can anyone tell me the purpose of the stallagmite that appears if you travel about 4 levels up, its a odd stallagmite missing its cap

I don't remember the exact way to get through, but it has to do with the stalacites/stalagmites getting bigger.

If you are ready to give up, someone posted a video on youtube. ;)

well, I thought I was supposed to get gravity suit after spring ball and hijump, but apprently not.

I just got a bnuch of items in Crateria and explored a red part of it but to no avail. What area should I go to next?

Where do I go after getting hi jump and spring ball? Directions please.

Not sure if this needs spoilers but what the hey:
For that one, charge a spark below where your ship is, then just use the various slopes on the way to recharge your shinespark as needed.

Alternatively you can get a charge in Brinstar and hope you're fast enough (elevator doesn't time out shinespark charges as far as I know...).

This isn't spoiler material so here we go.

To recharge: After charging the Shine Spark - You'll need to spin jump, press up then immediately press the direction you want to go + jump.  I think you hold the dash button...  Just make sure that when Samus meets the ground she starts running (at turbo speed), then press down again as if you were restarting the Shine Spark Charge orwhutever...  :|

(Why so glum ther Gaius?) I have trouble with it myself and I may have not explained how to do that perfectly.  Just be prepared for saving, saving ,saving, and slo-mo, slo-mo, slo-mo.  Reloading never been so fun!  :o

I tell ya, without these rediculous challenges it wouldn't be the hoot that it is! 8-)

you don't need to spin jump.  just jump and press and hold left/right while holding jump

YES!  That wasn't too bad after practicing a while. So where do I go after getting hi jump and spring ball? I'm still stuck in that aspect.

At Bolognab: I got that item too the last time I played it.  But I had the screw attack for cuttng down on the hang time of the jumps.  If you didn't have the screw attack (and I doubt you did - you don't even have the gravity suit yet)....  Good job. :o

you obviously missed one.  go back to all 12 guardians then return to the Gatekeeper.  The Gatekeeper does not count as a guardian.

hm, I used a map, for finding the guardians. It is improbably that I missed one. I also checked all the guardians, if they are dissarmed.

If I remember right, the gatekeeper tells you how many guardians there are left to disarm
