You should check in the springball chozo area. You'll need to do amazing walljumps or use the gravity jump to get out of mainstreet Maridia.

I'm not sure where I should go next exactly.  I have the Gravity Suit, Bombs, Morphball, Speed Booster, Missles & Supers, Ice Beam, Plasma, and Grapple Beam...

It's either Kraid or (going to) Lower Norfair.  Either of which requires PBs.

I'll try to get back to RB to check one area I haven't yet...  That one Missle door I didn't open.

Edit:  Nope.  That ain't it.
Edit2: If it helps any, I took the Morphball path.
No, you took the Gravity Path. If you took the Morphball Path, you would have Powerbombs at the beggining of the game.

Try the statue room...

Maybe you're right.  I did restart a few times and must've got confused. :-?  Now, if I can only remember what that is.  Nobody tell me yet.  :P

Edit: I wonder if my avatar is a clue?  Rolling Eyes I'll see in a moment.

Edit2: Okay.  I'm not going to finish this.  If I need to do a short charge - I give up.

Pretty sure I gave an obscene length to build a charge in, just do it two rooms back from the blocks?

Ignore that.

Wait...  Am I supposed to

go into that one room to the right (and escape the rising acid), build up a charge, jump over those small gaps, then shine spark up through the blocks?

That's where I have trouble, I can't jump far/fast enough to retain the charge.

Or did I miss something?

Edit: Scratch that.  Got it.  Rolling Eyes

Time: 2:27 (Lots of running around, thought there would be a lot more to do :-? )

I stink.
There is more to do. Go do the powerbomb route.

It seems like I am the only one to complete the powerbomb route.
Metroid Exp: Exploration - Great, Skills - Decent
I am stuck near Maridia's map room. I am pretty certain I went the wrong way into Maridia, instead of going the tube, I went up through the hole in the next room over and passed the barrier. I saved too, so I may really be screwed

My last item was Speed Booster

Im doing the Powerbomb Route

Also, on the route that starts with Missles and Super Missles, where do I go after collecting the Supers, I have seen the path to Maridia, but how do you get through the hole?

Nuts, looks like there was yet another design flaw.  Yeah looks like you're stuck.  This is what I get for not having any beta testers... I'll have to think about how to fix this since it seems to conflict with other routes.

Edit: 1.3 should fix that issue and if you repatch your savestate will be fine, the gate is just reversed.  I was wrong about the gate conflicting with another path, the door to the right of the gate already prevented that.

Bah, I hate position sparking, I can never do it right.

Thats what you need to do to get into LN on the PB route.

And I will repeat my question about the route that starts with missles and supers: How do you get into Maridia, or how do you progress past the second set of supers?
Oh oops, I guess I must have stopped reading your post and started thinking about how to fix the problem.  For the missile->super missile route it's very simple, if you explore that dead end just a liiiittle bit more you'll find it.  But I guess I'll post the spoiler anyways:
Walk through it

Ok. I'm encountering some problems with your game. Okay. There is a pedestal in Maridia toward the top of the main room, but there is nothing on it: and there is a pedestal to the way right of Crocomire's room. I'm not sure if these pedestals are for show, but they have nothing on them.

Here is the Maridia Pedestal. I don't have a pic for the Crocomire one.
There are 3 different item paths, those pedestals are where different path items are.
So if I took the missle, super, morph path, then where the heck is wave to get into brinstar and where is the Gravity?
You won't be seeing gravity this time.  the choices are:
morph ball/missiles  and if you choose missiles gravity/power bombs

Wave Beam:
Explore lower norfair, look for item placements from the original
Lol. I'm just now getting the bombs with 10 E-tanks, and I hate torizo. He is annoying and I can't beat him on this hack without taking A LONG TIME.
The golden torizo is pretty hard on that path.  Super spoiler:
I don't force you to fight him, look for a subtle graphical hint in the room
The mission was completed succesfully!

3:32/57%

See you next mission.

Did you change the bomb physics? i can't ibj anymore.
No, the physics were unchanged.
yeah, it was becuase I tried to play zero mission and then I went back to super metroid. Well I finished. There weren't very many changes, but it was pretty fun.

This was my first attempt at SMILE, a lot of it was learning as I went.  My next hack will be be of higher quality.
So far I'm enjoying this hack. Tbh I was expecting all the time to get stuck (I just have a bad experience of hacks like this) but there was always a way to continue grin new I took the gravity path it seems, and this has to be the only hack I've played where Draygon is the very first boss I fight. And the reward... bombs. Whee!

But now it seems I've actually gotten stuck... I'm in norfair with gravity, plasma, morph ball, bombs, speed booster, grapple and a high missile count. And I have to ask... where are the power bombs?!? It seems I need either that or the wave beam to get out (and I wouldn't mind wave/plasma), for now I seem to be stuck in brinstar and norfair.
