*posts video example of it being slower*
rocks, locks, and invisible blocks
Still 23 seconds faster than inbounds, also I lost 4 seconds due to sloppy aether jumping, clearly visibly if you just watch the videeo. <_<
Gel Hall Damage Dash (can be faster)

I think if timed correctly you can skip over the pool completely. I got really close to doing it.

Generator A Dash Strats
That does not look any faster unless it's done a lot better than that.
The idea I had to optimize it more failed, as you scan the thing too fast. So, I'll be sticking with the regular method.

Much easier way of getting into East Elysia from LSA SW, basically walk around into arrival station then use the corner to jump up high enough to jump to the door. No more "missing an aether jump with little visual information = terminal fall" which is nice.

Also if you're too low and don't want to float for ages, then you can use this aether jump visual cue for the edge of LSA to get up
rocks, locks, and invisible blocks

you can open ANY door with lightshow missiles, make this fast please

rocks, locks, and invisible blocks
Practically TAS-only unless someone finds some sort of setup (or maybe going from the higher up spiral spider track would be more reasonable):

This using a technique I came up with earlier today, you basically let go of Z to get tossed up a little bit, and then use spider again right as you let go of your boost. with TAS, you can get a lot of different trajectories.
MP2 also a bit MP1 speedrunning
That looks insane
I run this here hotel of an evening

That's only because it is
RTA setup for skipping Ship Grapple (Still working on better methods, but this is good enough for me to be happy that people can use it at least)

Wallcrawl setup/demonstration for getting Reliquary III Missile Expansion before Ice Missiles. Saves a small amount of time in 100% routes that don't delay getting grapple swing.
Either you do this and then do Gel Refinery Site SW in first trip to Bryyo Fire, activating the grapple path on the way back, or you do the Early Elysia route, which gets grapple swing and bryyo map in the first trip before doing MDB.

Also serves as a handy reference for the transition to grand court, which I don't think is recorded anywhere else (Parax's old video on ship missiles early had it but that seems to no longer exist)
