That collection is beyond hardcore.

I downloaded the hanafuda, mushroom, ALBW, and gold/black stars themes.  I like the stars theme because it matches the colors of my ALBW 3DS.

The home button in the upper left corner of the main screen.  There you will find five themes to choose from, or you can click on a button that will take you to other themes that you can purchase.

Thanks. There's no such option for me showing up in that menu, so I think the theme feature isn't available for japanese hardware yet.

There's one thing that nearly all of these 'victims' have in common.  They all refused to comply repeatedly.  Last night on CNN they said he was told to get out of the car repeatedly for 13 MINUTES.  After that I lost all sense of outrage for the police and redirected it towards the non-compliant asshole.  What are they supposed to do?  Are they supposed to just say  "Well, we asked him for 13 minutes and he still won't get out, so let's just give up."  Not.

i agree the passenger was dumb for not complying, my point was more "why was the cop being such a dick in the first place"

he had no reason to even speak to the passenger at all, i don't think cops should be able to do whatever they want, and then people have to comply. that's fascism ...

also, have you seen the news lately? i kinda don't blame the guy for not wanting to get out when a) he's black, b) he hadn't done anything wrong, and c) the cop has no reason whatsoever to ask him for his id or even talk to him

but yes i'd wager most cops are brutish thugs

they're c and d students who probably graduated high school but couldn't do much else, so they decided to become cops so they could use guns and tell people what to do
