How about Quadtroids? That appeared in Metroid Prime Hunters?

Sure they don't look like metroids but they act like them. They can leech energy from Samus and the only wait to get out a Quadtroids is with Morph ball bombs.

i didn't played hunters a lot.... i think i got to the 3rd world before getting bored...

being lefty didn't help either

and c'mon, you barely call that last fight in fusion a boss...
and when i said non-existant is that you don't fight then the normal way...
that omega metroid was barely a interactive cinematic...

Yes, but it's not as deep... Uncharted 2 is like a really good action movie. SH2 and EDSR almost reach literature quality.

doesn't help that samus will just sit there like a moron if you get hit. i've gotten chain ganked across the screen before, it's every bit as infuriating as it sounds.
