It needs to be split.  Nothing but humor is a little boring IMO because you can't really make a joke about everything.  You can try but it will seem repetitive after awhile.

Nothing but information would be boring too.  The movies explain most of it anyway.

So explain what people may wonder about, and keep the funny stuff to make it worth reading.

Yeah, I agree with you.  After a while, you won't be able to think of anymore jokes, and everything will cound all corny.
