Cook of the Sea
Marth is good in that he has both range AND speed speed speed. I like him a lot, as he allows for Roy's sword-only style without the relative slowness. Pichu... yes he DOES hurt himself with his own attacks, but I think there's a sufficient amount of style difference between him and Pikachu to make some characters prefer him. His attacks do appear to be more concussive than Pikachu's, if my time spent in the Home Run contest with both trying to cheese my way into getting whichever stage you get by hitting it 1.3K something feet by using their Reverse-Auto-No-Ping-Hits. I eventually did it with Pichu using a Bat-Drop Aerial-Thunder Combo three times and then letting 'er rip. Pichu's normal attacks tend to toss Sandbag around a little more than Pikachu's, if I wasn't imagining things.
Edit: I was just playing SSBM, and it occured to me that there may be some argument for Samus's Up Throw being the Wavebuster. It looks almost exactly like it except for the fact that it's blue. It COULD be just the Grappling Beam, but it doesn't make sense for it ot be able to cause damage in that fashion. It's like it's shorting out or something. So, Wavebuster.
