well I can't really say that I'm any good at running this game but the best times I have for this loverly game are as follows

any% normal 2:07
100% hard 4:56

seeing as I have never tried a 100% run serioulsy, the time for my 100% is teh sucks. they bother me a lot what with the remembering of all the items and all (I always forget one or two missle packs and then consequently remember when I save at the gunship just before ridley. >.<)

I'm worse than Skreemaster, my best it 23:xx and any other runs are left unfinished at over 8 hours.....

2:04 hard 100% run. A sad one at that. I probably lost like a minute or two just on that turret room in the crashed Frigate alone :?. That and horrible Thardus, OP, and Prime battles. Ughs.

you're doing a lot better than me. . . .your hard 100% time is the same as my normal any%. . .. .and I am not even going to think about my hard any% run at the moment (power bomb trick on op skills are lacking and I have yet to beat the mofo) or my interesting attempt at a 100% normal run (I don't know why I do them, they frustrate me to no end. maybe it's the challenge of remembering where things are)

Fine, Fine...

I havent really finished any of my recent speed runs (finished, as in i have to go get the power bombs, plasma beam, 9 artifacts, the phazon suit/beam, and the Xray visor, then go kill Mprime in 1 minute to tie 1:04 Embarassed

).

but my recent one (wherein i wasted 2-3 minutes trying to jump the GTH bars alone) has 46 minutes at Main Quarry. I hate that ghetto straight out of the save room. I always catch on the cable :x Then i take forever trying to get through waste disposal because i cant time the bombs right Crying or Very sad

and then I throw the paddle, causing all Twisted Evil

to break loose. :P

But my estimated time for my speed run (not my 1:03 at Main Quarry) was about 4:00 Embarassed

. But thats with rounding and stuff... ;)

35% Normal 2:25. 0-00. Yay, got my 0-00 today. I performed the Thardus dash too, yay again. :)

I just had to look around for all the new opportunities and fun things with 0-00, it's like a whole new game, almost. Spent like 30-45mins in-game time playing around with scan-dash. :P

2 hours. Right on the mark. I think I got 33%. My next run's gonna be a 28 or 29%. I'll skip grapple and gravity. But get one missle expansion and 1 energy tank.

well I just finished my first low percent run (low% for me. . . . working on skipping the spiderball. .. . it is a very large obstacle for me at the moment) and the whole thig would be 26% with 2:04 as time stamp at the end credits. One of these days I will be getting sub two hour times MWA HA HA HA
