Man, here in the Netherlands the collage fee is about 1400 euros a year, which is about 1600 dollars. Books are around 600 euros a year (+/- 700 dollars). And we get atleast 240 euros a month from the goverment (if you live on your own) up to 500 euros a month if your parents are 'poor'. So basicly, college is almost free, compared to US/UK. And the top uni's are almost the same level as harvard and such, minus the international recognition.
