I was looking at Maru Mari( I think thats what it's called ) and saw they had houston. I was wondering how they put him in there. Is it possible to be him?
No. Houston is just a comic relief. (Alas, the whole Maru Mari is a comic relief which in one way or another involves Houston.) And since Houston was never officially mentioned in any of the games, you can pretty much rest assured that he's not in the game. ANY game.
The corpse is wearing silver, though, not blue. Looks a lot like those federation scientists that were with samus on SR388 in Fusion's intro. Maybe that's the fed's hostile environment suit, and the corpse is a fed soldier that got especially far. The ZM manual did say they made several attacks.
In those NP comics, which is where Maru Mari houston was inspired, he was wearing a blue suit almost identical to Samus's. No humans besides those two have that type of suit, but the chozo did. Ok, it could be a replica, but it has some weird things (huge shoulder balls) that it wouldn't make sense to duplicate if they couldn't match the chozo suit's functionality (and they clearly can't).
Houston was a dumb idea and a smear on Metroid's dignity. Simple as that.
it explains in the comic that his suit ISN'T chozo, or at least samus states something like "my suit was made by those birds" (implying that his wasn't, and that hes too stupid to know any difference)
But houston's suit lacks all of samus's functions, except i guess for life-support. The federation really screwed the pooch when they made his suit, then.
