Thread title:
How are we (you) supposed to capture it? And speedrunning Hunters haven't gotten big yet.
true........what if they use a video cam?
lol no way
Uhh. Try it, see how practical it is.
i dont have cam.......
How would you like me to video tape it?

A cam is not practical (As I have to hold it/mount it/play awkward) and the quality is horrible.

If you can figure out a way, I'll give it a go.

lol yes, I've learned from experience that trying to record a game with an actual camera doesn't work too well. Where would you put the camera without blocking the view of your screen anyhow? I don't know if we'll ever have a good way to record the DS...It would be hard to come out with something to put it onto a TV, considering the DS has two screen and a television only has one. But maybe the Big N will find a way to hook up the DS to the 'Cube (or the next system) and squeeze both screens on the TV at once.
apple isight. shoulder. 'nuff said.

...

well, not really. sorry, jokerz_13 ... probably no one is more sorry than me that there's no good way to do it right now.

That's not really the way to do it, because that has no real point other than video capture, which is not exactly a very big portion of the market. A real use of a "DS Player" would be not having a DS... one could use a GC controller, and have a little crosshair or something on the touch screen controlled by sticks. Or, better, you would could choose which of the four input sections (Stick, Pad, Buttons, and C-Stick) controlled what.

Squeezing the two screens onto the screen might not actually be the hard part, given the large aspect ratio. Plus, Wario Ware Mega Party Games sort of already did it.
