What you were trying to say was: OBJECTION! xD... Still evryone knows that Draygon always leads to weird stuff

Eh, objection probably just doesn't cut it there.

I think it was a joke about Phoenix Wright, since the word 'rejection' and 'objection' are similar.  Wink

Still, it sounds similar when said, and i was trying to make fun with it
Did anyone do this?  it's pretty funny i found out that both chozo's feet aren't real it's just floating but its upper body is.

Yo.
Dunno if it's a well-known discovery, but, yes, that is one of the many ways to avoid the wrath of the Torizos (both of them, if you didn't know!) Sure helped aplenty when I played Mockingbird, yessiree.

(I also have no idea if that's a glitch or not. Most likely it was intentional.)
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
I would imagine that it was intentional, as he (original Torizo) is the first boss you fight, and the developers probably didn't want people to be killed by him, and in doing this they give you another way to avoid his attacks.
Almost happy

Also, if you have him at the corner there is a spot very close to him where nothing he does can hurt you (except if you shoot supers at him and he throws them back).

hmm wow I really didn't know about that.  I've always found the small safe zone right next to him and fired charged beam shots upwards.  I'm gonna try the morph ball next time I fight GT in cliffhanger, sounds like it might be a lot better than continuous wall jumping to avoid his attacks.
Yo.
Another thing I've learned about GT and forgot to share above: he can't catch Supers fired at his back. Just another reason being able to roll under him is useful.

Sorry it's not a glitch, but while we're off-topic (and I'm on topic...)

But he almost always seems to be able to sidestep when you shoot a regular missile. Razz  I think he can even dodge them in mid air if he jumps....  -Right?  Now that would almost seem like a glitch to me.  I'd think he should only be on the floor to dodge.

I'll have to see if he does the next time I fight him.
Yo.
I don't think he's supposed to be hurt by regular missiles (which is why they made him dodge them the way they did.) Doing so gives you another second to escape damage, though, in case you don't have Supers equipped in the first place.
You can hurt it with regular missiles while he's catching and throwing back supers.
He'll actually occasionally try to sit on you if you keep on rolling beneath him.

Also with supers as well if he's already holding one.

I read through all 25 pages of this thread and couldn't see this one I experienced being mentioned.

This is what happens if you're continuously taking damage while speed boosting.

[flash=200,200]

I think I might try speed boosting underwater and taking off the gravity suit while in the blue echo mode.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
I know that if you unequip the Speed Booster, you can save yourself if you accidentally spark in lava.  You may get a similar effect. Very Happy

That's because it was posted on TASvideo instead.
It actually happens because of the hurt sound playing and causing a REALLY absurdly stupid bug: The number of queued sounds is used as the speed boost index when determining the frames till next animation when reaching blue suit.
This was followed by the sound of a Kejardon hitting his head against a desk.
damn did you just study every line of code of this game or what  Wink

Apparently so. He mentioned in IRC some months ago that the overcomplicated super missile collision detection has a purpose that is clearly not fulfilled. It's a treasure trove of crazy coding. (Hurray for accidental alliteration! ...Oops.)

Of course he's at least putting it to good use.
I fired the space-time beam outside Phantoon's room and got to an interesting hidden world with Covern's in it then fired again and it destroyed my SNES. Mad So I was wondering if there's any history of it making consoles not functional and if anyone knows how to fix it.

What?!
Oww, so many glitches. Wonder why Samus is on bounty hunting instead of world domination grin new

Don't now if this should be posted here, or if it has already been posted, but mehh.

'tis a method i've found that proves useful on any emulator game, both normal and speed runs (i do believe it as being impossible to do in the console). And i would be very sure that speedrunners can do this in better ways.
> To get Super Missiles without fighting Spore Spawn, and without Speed Booster <
Head to the top right room in the green Brinstar elevator, where the actual first Super Missile is kept.
Stand on the platform, run, jump and midair morph so that you get 'stuck' in the barrier. If you don't see the other barrier, it won't close at all. Quicksave.
Carefully position Samus on the farthest left as possible, giving you some space to run. Then run (if that's possible without space to run Shocked), jump and midair morph again. If you manage to get past both barriers this way, quicksave! You have earned precious minutes of not going on Spore Spawn's room! You may simply take your super missiles straigth to Kraid's room. Which mostly everyone here knows that doesn't require high jump boots to reach extra_smug

Hope someone benefits from this.
...
This is already known, as well as the mockball method.

I would be greatly impressed if you managed to get Super Missiles with the speed booster.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't help but laugh from reading this.
