Did NOBODY so much as giggle at that?

I dunno about you guys, but when I'm startled by something in a dream or anything, I question its motives and try to understand where it came from instead of sprinting the other direction when you know it's hopeless to try to escape. I once woke up to find a ghost lying right in front of my face. I of course reacted by spinning to face the other way, then realized it wasn't really stabbing me in the chest or anything, just watchin' over life. I turned around to greet her, but I was fully awake then and she was therefore gone.

SABER: you may wanna talk to someone about those dreams. If you invent characters and talk to them as though they're real, you might want to consider talking to real people. Although it may be even worse if you talk to people you know in real life in my head. Or your head. Or...whatever. Shut up!

You hippie. When something startles you, the correct approach is to beat it till it stops moving and then beat it some more just to be sure. Has Samus taught you nothing?

Oh sure, blasting any hostile threat that is about to attack you with no apparent cause. Would you honestly question the motives of AI ennemies in a video game? Not really. However, you would scan it to know about it maybe(not sure if it qualifies).

Anyways...

Bah. It happened twice and the second time was part of a much larger, stranger dream. I have TPP on my mind so much I'm actually surprised my characters aren't in every single dream I have. I know where the reality-fiction line is, though.
or so you think. ;)
I dreamt David Cameron became the new Tory Leader and then, for some reason, I was stranded at the end of the universe in a giant ship in a similar shape to the Star Wars introductions, where I had to play the piano for aliens to pay for a ticket home. Suddenly, and without any reason, Tony Benn was smoking his pipe. Then my mum woke me up.
odds of yorkshire tea not being british: too small to represent here
However did you guess?

If there is any reason for them to vote in David Davis, that is it.

I'm not entirely fluent in British either, but I've heard some on tv >_>

Odin, woo!

...I absolutely cannot picture you saying what you just said in real life. That would sound hysterical if you actually did say it, though.

woah, holy crap! Did anyone else think this was the social topic, too? XD

anyways yeah, I've never had a nightmare about the british. Although I did once have a nightmare about wandering underneath my house and being surrounded but skulltulas. Well not really skulltulas. Just giant spiders on webs in a short space. Instead of fainting or something, I just got really pissed off that they would box me in like that, so I was thinking something like Burn them all.... I didn't have anything to light it, so I was just thinking about going kung-fu or something and running out of their to grab a lighter. I woke up as I was looking for an opening in the webs.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
I think the closest thing I've had to a nightmare was when I had adream where I was in a convenience store and running from zombies, even though I never saw or heard the zombies, I somehow knew zombies were chasing my friends and me. So it wasn't so much a nightmare as a what-the-flickerbat-is-going-and-why-are-there-zombies?! dream....

Only upper-class British people speak that way (which consists of around 5% of the total population). But the way you did it with text was pretty good.

First person to do a good Black Country impersonation gets a patented Virtua-medal.

As for the dreams, Tbob, were you watching a film or playing a game involving zombies before you had this dream? Oh yeah, and don't eat cheese before you sleep either, because that does the same thing.

You must have played Zombies Ate My Neighbors before going to sleep.

Well, it's true. Cheese does cause you to have weird dreams. As for the whole zombie thing, dreams are generally linked to what you were thinking about before sleeping.

And as for regional impressions, I know what British impressions are like because I come from England. Rolling Eyes

You seem to be an expert on heavy sarcasm. I bet you could also get a great career with those skills.
