Yes, that was my impression as well after watching your run. Although I have no idea if it was a high or low 0:48.

well, not too long ago i did a practice run with a lot of mistakes then ended with :48. so we'll see.

I'm pissed at the fact that I got 2:02 back then and 2:02 now... Never managed an 2:00 :( Ohwell, I have to try again tomorrow.

I hope that's sufficient motivation.  (Of course, your 0:48 is still more impressive since it was single segment, but meh...)

What do you think is the likelihood of a 0:46?  Based on this run I almost feel like it's possible, but perhaps I overestimate the room for improvement in my run.

no idea. i still don't know whether it would be a single-segment or a segmented. i've wanted to do a :47 ss anyway but i won't have time to do it for a while.

I finished my first ever speed run of this game last month. Segmented to death early on for no reason then realising I was saving it too much and holding back on them later on. I couldn't get that boss trick to work everytime. The double shot on the core x. I did it a few times but couldnt be bothered to be consistant with it much afterward.

0:56. fairly pleased with for a first speed run. I got the inspiration for it after re realising how good the game was and then watching biosparks run on SDA.
