Perrin Kaplan said that the Wii version of Zelda: TP will be playable with the GC controller, no reason at all to buy the first one if you're getting a Wii, unless you're a collector. :p
I have a feeling that due to TP being a Wii launch as well as a GCN launch, that the GCN version will sell very few copies compared to the Wii version. I might get both, because I am a collector. Only Zelda's I don't own are teh CD-i and BS Zelda's, for obvious reasons.

mee too. I will definately get both versions. The only Zelda games I am missing are BS Zelda's and the CD-i title "Zelda's Adventure".
back @ topic: That would be awesome if the GCN controller would have a use on Wii and Wii games.
I thought it did... I heard that all Wii Controllers were wireless, and that the Wii had GCN controller ports. Maybe I'm wrong? But, then again, I could be wrong.
Sorry if this is old news, but I just got my new copy of EGM, and it showed that the "new" Twilight World wasn't gray, it was blurry and had red patterns hanging in midair. If this was already known, kthxbai.
the Wii can support GC controllers for Wii games if the devs want it. Zelda TP and SSBB prove this.
good thing TP is playable with the GC controller too. the GC version is now completely useless unless you are too cheap and won't buy a Wii in many years or at all or if you are an ultimate collector.

Well, it's not going to be a GCN launch, but you've got the right idea, I suppose.
As in, when the game is released. But whatever, something along that line.
I'm just going to get the Wii version when it comes out, since I'd have to buy a GCN anyways along with it. So, save myself some $$$ and get a Wii instead.
Yeah...I've seen that...am I supposed to be impressed?
What? :|
Quote from 13M13:
Did you catch the developer calling it the "revolution controller"?
Yes indeed I did. But it gives great hope since they've said themselves that the sensitivity needs fixing, and they're learning how to use the controller at all. This video clearly shows that they're not blindly letting the sensitivity stay as low as it was on E3 without further testing, I can bet my account it'll be better when it's released.
Yeah, the turn sensitivity sucks. But is there any FPS game that doesn't let you set that nowdays? No, there isn't.
To be honest, I'm not very impressed by any aspect of it either. Still, I find myself longing for it, simply because it'll be a completely new experience. And most likely one that will inspire other developers to take the Red Steel formula and improve on it.
