Just asking ya'll experts if you think i can make it under two hours. I have 199 energy, 14 missiles, a time of 34 minutes, and I'm fighting Ridley. Do you think I'll make it?

If you know where you're going, you can easily do it in under 2 hours.

Well I finished the game under two hours, and I was at Ridley in 45 minutes.  I beat it in 1:22:54.  You should be able too.

What Toozin said, but I think you can make it on 100% as well, provided that kraid is dead and norfair is well-plundered.

I did. You have to run around like a speed demon and skip some tanks.
You can definitly do it,I beat the game with 3 energy tanks,95 missiles,4 Super Missiles,no Power Bombs. It takes lots of effort,and you need to be nimble with the keys. Try looking at the "Speed Runs" sections on the MZM page and download some of the pro's runs. As the big T said,if you're not going for 100%,you're on your way. :)
BTW,try the "Ridley before Kraid" trick. Watch the video and try it.

Nah. Honestly, I've beaten the game in 1:26, the time he has left. If he just doesn't keep segments with a lot of mistakes, he'll still get it. You do know where you're going, right?

It can be done easily, my any% runs are usually Ridley first and after that Kraid take like 5 minutes Kraid himself is a push over with SMs then is a short run to Tourian at around 45-46 minutes at 46 I finished the game at 1:09, so it shouldn't be a problem.
