Subtly place them everywhere, and shape some maps like the skree.
Have the MIIRoS skree as a final boss, because it regenerates after <ZIP... STAB>

I have a question. Is the overworld going to be a side-scroller, like other Metroids? Because I usually don't like RPGs like Final Fantasy, but if the overworld's good enough, I might give it a try.
And another thing. Why did you decide to make it an RPG? Why not just make it similar to other Metroid games? I'm not complaining, I'm just curious is all.
