Someone would have to make the font on their own, I'm sure. Unless you're just looking for a font that looks similar.
i'm pretty sure people who ripped the disc have the actual font file.
Pop the disc in to your computer and check for anything that even slightly resembles a font file.
Like "Fonts.agf" or something like that.

Well, if it looks really close then that's good.

And you'll have to explain to me how to make my PC read the MP2 disc, much less the files in it.

Also if there is anyone with the font that can send it to me somehow, my e-mail is listed, or we can discuss alternate means of transferral.

I haven't found it using Google.
What files are there? Think you could list their names, extensions and sizes?
The font retro uses is far from close to PC font files.
It stores the "look" of the font in compressed textures (with the proper colour channels, so changing the font colour would result in needing to have the pc shift the hue colour), and then it maps sections of this texture in a separate FONT file.
(The font also fixed at one size)

So you'd be better off remaking the font yourself ;)
