What exactly is wall crawling and how is it done? From what I understand, when you enter a secret world you can walk/roll in certain wall and stuff but what are some good techniques because I seem to just get stuck. The farthest I've gotten in a secret world is only one room away and based on a movie I saw( I believe it was by paraxade), you can get screw attack early but I don't even know how you can get to where the movie starts off in the first place.

On another note, in secret worlds there seems to be predetermined "levels" of height. Is it possible to get back up a bit after falling. For example, in SW bryyo, when you morph and unmorph you fall all the way to just under the bottom level of the elevator.

Read the description in my early SA video - there's a filefront link to a video showing the entire wallcrawl from Temple of Bryyo to Warp Site Alpha.
Here's a copy of Flamy's wallcrawling guide.  It's Prime 1 specific; you can ignore the bit about room dumping (which has been automatic since Echoes).

One can get back up to the top using (Edge of) Aether Jumps.  The ability to jump while on the standard happens from time to time, and you use that to jump into the side of the carved out bit around the room.  Then walk back towards the room and you can jump right at the vertical boundary.  It can be quite annoying to know when to jump, but it gets the job done.

Alternately, you can sloooowly float upwards.  In the Temple of Bryyo, you will be at the hight of the chained pieces of rock after about 2 hours, to give a scale of how slow it is.
Ya I actually saw the slow crawl upward in the early SA video when  he needs to get to the warp pad for ice bryyo. As for the long wallcrawl video, it'll have to wait since I have dial up so it'll take many hours to download so I'll do that at school if I have time this week. For now I'll read Flamy's guide. Thx guys.
