no it doesnt stay there, it takes a couple years to completely go away.  only people who have smoked too much for too long however will never have clean lungs again because their lungs are too diseased to clean themselves.

It takes 6-7 years for every cell in your body to completely regenerate, and that's for a resilient body. People who decide to quit in their 30s-40s however, may take much much longer for their lungs to heal. And yeah given the severity of the damage, it might not be enough time to avoid disease surfacing.

I've been a heavy smoker for a decade but I'm only 22. Which means if I stopped now, I could have a clean bill of health by 30, but noticeable changes in my health would come a lot sooner like you said. Ugh I can't keep this shit up. Back in the day when I was smoking lots of weed too, my lungs were just a total mess.

I found this today:

Playing with another man never appealed so much. Razz
Not to mention that dude sucks horribly at tetris.
What so personal about personal text?
I started a series about one of my favorite topics. (Hmm... what could that be...)
Metroid music. >_< So far I have 2 videos in the series, but let's say I'm not skilled at using Windows Movie Maker. At least I'm trying, right?

Good luck mate, I know you'll be producing great videos before long!

I can't stand one of the songs in the second game, so I just stopped after the first couple tracks. As for the videos, that orange usually is a good color against a black background, but it takes a long time to make out the message against a bunch of different colors. In your second video you used an overlay and cut the letters out of it, but that's not really better either. I think your best option is to use a text-box, possibly semi-transparent. A dim black background and bright red text is probably best fitting of the series, I think. I'm not sure if you hoped to change it up for each video though.

On top of that, for the bigger paragraphs, you should give more time for people to read it. I personally hate having to rush reading something because it might fade out soon. I'm probably a pretty average reader, and for some of those text blocks, I only got through like half.

Also, Kraid's Hideout is probably one of my favorite tracks in the entire series.

lulz I had this post typed up like 10 hours ago and didn't click post. *post*

Jagger one of the things people do for videos with lots of text is they only have a big column up for like 4 seconds, then expect the users to pause it to read it, then click play, that way they get all the text out of the way in the beginning instead of having tons of text through the whole movie.

If that made any sense to you, it made sense to me but I couldn't explain it well.

I'm not sure if that could be as effective, as it seems his commentary is more about specific parts of the music, and to pause to try to read it (as I had to do) just divides the piece. The only video is the commentary and the background image, though. Perhaps if he's looking to get more creative, it may be better to have an image of rooms from the areas the music plays in as they come up, and just use blank screens to comment in the middle of different songs.

Hmm that makes sense, I didn't watch his video so I wasn't quite sure how he did his, I was more just taking a stab in the dark because I was too lazy to turn on the lights.

Thanks for your comments. I already uploaded part 3 (it's just the last two Metroid II songs and my top five favorite lists for the first two games). I really am hoping to make the Super Metroid ones (and beyond) much... MUCH better (because it deserves it).
Yeah, the only visuals are the backgrounds. I was hoping that they would be busy enough to look interesting. But, well, I'll try mixing it up from now on.
Go ahead. Stare.

The best set of comebacks you'll ever hear.

Haha, looks like there is a need for a new Metroid-game for some. Watch for example the actions at 1:44 and 3:19. Where did you see them before, lol:)

Good sex appeal and interesting girl on the first sight, isnt she?

I would prefer FarCry2 to be done by Crytek instead of Crysis. They putted too much action there,  but OK, that's what the name already says.

We grew up under the same circumstances those days. He decided to go fully into combat. Now he is a master of the russian combat-system called "Sambo" and the unbeaten master in free combat. But he is also a great and kind hearted person who never forget the humble and main roots in life, no matter how big his public success is.

I didn't enjoy Serious Sam 2 anywhere near as much as the original two.  The impression that I got was that they tried to hard to make it funny.  Not to mention the fact that they added bloody vehicles... Evil or Very Mad
