is there any difference in charging time between gamecube and wii? my gamecube is from the year 2002 =(
If you mean GC version and Trilogy version than yes the Trilogy version has slightly faster charging.

Now if you mean playing the GC version on the Wii than there's no difference at all.

also you can shot when its like 1/15 of a full charge on the trilogy, and on the gamecube need need to wait much longer
Does anybody know how to escape from life grove after getting xray without power bombs? I've heard it's possible but can't figure out how.

You can't, there's Bendizium blocking both ways and there aren't any SW's that you can use.

You can leave after getting x-ray as long as you have space jump.  However, you will need powerbombs to get this far anyway
exactly my point i have played super metroid for years trust me its no so easy with out power bombs any way
...

This is the Prime 1 board.
Anything I should know before squaring off against OP? I have everything for 23% except newborn and world.

powerbomb method is going to be your best bet.  The most important part is unmorphing and switching to xray as quickly as possible.  Not getting the full powerbomb damage in is an annoying way to mess up the fight.  Don't worry too much about 1 cycling him; however, pulling it off makes the fight easier.  Other than that, it comes down to dodging beam pirate shots.
Im tryin something a little new to me and i havent really read much about anybody else tryin to go too far. im tryin to see how far i can get without the morphball. i have been able to get 13% which is just missles, tanks, space jump and ice beam. (IBBF without morph ball is rediculous and i dont recommend it but i was bored)

And now im stuck..... i cant find a secret world that i can get to from the elevator to crossway. ive came really close in crossway in ruins as well as great tree hall in tallon under these conditions though.

Crossway if you jump from the "ladder" like thing on the right and then jump to the broken poles across the way you can get to the top rafters but i havent found anythin after. great tree hall if you jump up the spider tracks to the top then jump to the sap sac across the way, you can jump again over to a branch of the tree and ghetto jump up and ALMOST make it to what loooks like a SW on the left.

But im super stuck and any advice would be great thanks!

Oh ya and I tried to get bombs before ball and i got the little tube to open but not the door, i dont know if the tube was the issue or the door but if it was the tube then its totally possible...
After you do ibbf without morphball you're stuck as far as i know. Finding a secret world in great tree hall won't really get you anything either except maybe the artifact in life grove. I'm pretty sure you've gone as far as you can go without morphball.

rocks, locks, and invisible blocks
you can get almost every missle in chozo and tallon (not the back part of tallon with xray and the fragate) 13% seems a little low for how many things you can get

also i've done this before i dont remeber the % i got but it was more then 13%, i also did a no bombs run and it was much more fun because you can go places :P and theres more SW's to use
ahhhhhh i was hoping i wasnt actually stuck... well the no bombs run sounds kinda fun and it would definitely be longer than my no mb run. i was really hoping to find something but then again no mb means no flaaghra battle, which means no magmoor, which means no phendrana drifts, which basically means my run is pretty much done. BUT...... if for whatever reason anything else comes up like maybe a SW in the available tallon maps then maybe something rediculous like frigate to other side of great tree hall gate to gravity suit... but that sounds pretty rediculous even for how much breaking there is in this game

wallcrawling through the crashed frigate is most likely impossible.  The 'doors' are huge and make things awkward.  I don't remember if anyone has tried to manipulate inbound loading triggers to get through.  Doing so would not be easy and would require some guesswork the first time through.  I've never bothered to try, making it one of the few areas in the game that I've never wallcrawled through.

For bombs before ball, the issue has always been moving the map to Burn Dome Access.  Getting Burn Dome Access to load is fairly easy once you find the right spot (touch the ceiling above the morph tunnel entrance in Energy Core).  Without moving the map, the door from Burn Dome Access to Burn Dome will do nothing.  Moving the map through morph ball tunnel doors usually requires moving over said door.  In this case the door is right after the bend in the tunnel.  Walk over there and you'll find some extra solid surface over the spot we want :(.  If this is possible, it will require some shenanigans.

If you have morph ball, you can escape from ibbf by mid air morphing into the tunnel next to the save station. doesn't really help your case though...

rocks, locks, and invisible blocks
...i was just testing a morph ball less run and got 10% so far theres at lest 5 more missles i can get plus ice beam, so you must have missed some items and i still i think thers more things i can get (artifacts)

edit: 17% now
rocks, locks, and invisible blocks
has any one ever got to the missle in fiery shores (3rd room in magmoor if your coming from tallon) and back with only two energy tanks and no varia?
finally beat OP in my 23% run. It ended up being three rounds; the power bombs sometimes just wouldn't damage him. Now all that's left is the endgame... any tips on Ridley?

dash jumps or r dashes make ridley really easy.
I have a question:
I'm playing the Player's Choice Version and can't get the artifcat of warrior because the container doesn't breaks after the Power Bomb. It's important to mention that this expansion of the Power Bomb has been collected in the Phendrana region and not after beating the boss. I mean, I have arrived at the Phazon Mines from the elevator in Magmoor Caverns.
I remembered I have another question.
¿Can IBBF be done in my version using the next method?

Saludos.

ibbf is doable on players choice.

you have to collect the main power bombs (the ones from the invisible security drone) to break the artifact of warrior tank.  the expasions will not work for some reason.
