I have heard that it is possible to get the endings from fusion into your gallery in zero mission with a link cable... is it true? that should force me to play fusion fore a while.
I've had all eight for a while. I was very dissapointed that there was no super-secret ninth ending, for sub-hour 100% Hard. There was only one way to find out, as nobody had ever done it before. Oh well. There really should be an extra cool ninth ending for that.
What would that ending be, exactly? Well, what would you want it to be?
Well, err, ummm........I don't really think I am going to answer that one. <_< >_>

iirc, yes, but you should wait on someone else here who has actually done it. iirc it may even be the japanese endings to fusion, too, as in, the ones you can't get normally on an american fusion cart (with only one difficulty setting).
Wait wait, I've so done this. Like I have all those those endings, like the Japanese ones based on the e-manga, etc. Fusion+second GBA+link cable. Works.
I've done it. You get all the Fusion endings (even if you have not earned them all on Fusion) and all the Japanese Fusion endings also.
It's been a while, but I remember that it was very complicated, with a bunch of stupid things that you had to do (like hold certain buttons when starting up one of the GBA's) to get it to work, but nothing even told you that you had to do those things. I thought it was broken, so I went to GameFAQS or somewhere and luckliy found a topic on it explaining everything that you had to do. I don't remember though, so don't ask me.

i got them the day i bought ZM. by then i had completed Fusion only once and still i got all endings. seems that Fusion doesn't track which endings you've earned.
the steps were easy. connect the purple side of the GBA cable to the GBA with ZM, the other side to the GBA with Fusion, turn on the Fusion GBA while holding start+select (so the GBA doesn't boot), on the ZM GBA, turn it on, go to options and choose the Metroid Fusion link cable option (i forgot the name it has before link-up). then the games will link up and the endings will be unlocked in ZM.

Is there an extra comma after the first parentheses? Hard to tell whether you're saying to hold in the start/select buttons on the Fusion GBA or the ZM one.
