I don't get the "Warning: Terminal Fall Ahead" warning when approaching the cliffs as I've seen in screen shots and other videos. Is this something Retro decided to remove or could it just be certain copies?

Does that mean if I fall now, that zone is not responsible and my insurance will have to foot the bill?
