Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!

Just give the ROM and the .ips file the same name, and have them in the same folder. e.g. Zeran.smc and Zeran.ips.

I think I found a permastuck.

In the upper right part of Brinstar where you get a Reserve Tank, if you use your last Power Bomb on the path to the room with the Reserve Tank, you can't come back out.
