It has been, but I'm not sure how much can be done about it. The first post seems to be the problem.

Symptom: Page doesn't load

Cause (?): Excess photo/color usage

Treatment: Remove said photos/make text plain white

It would be as simple as that. I'm not a doctor, you know.
