I'm thinking it's got to be centered on Sylux specifically as an antagonist and the Metroid egg he nicked back in FF. Probably it'll either lead into Samus Returns with the Fed being all "enough is enough, kill them all," or it'll be how they bring the eponymous creatures back into the game post-Fusion.

story mode is linear cinema where you can't die, also comes patched in a few weeks after release
