My mother in law makes a hot potato salad that is to die for. I think the recipe is potato, bacon, cheese, and mayonnaise in some amount and order. And then to cook it somehow at some temperature for an amount of time. Glad I could help.

yeah i've never heard of cheese in potato salad

Yeah I googled like three different received and put my own spin on em. Adding some brown mustard and bacon helped a lot and it tuned out pretty good
