It's a hack.  It was created by a person who wanted to recreate the original with some subtle variations.  Why not Bombs for Draygon?  It's a weapon that you wouldn't normally think of, so having it as a weakness for Draygon is a surprise for those willing to experiment with the game, rather than just beating him in the normal way.  Using your logic, you could question every decision made for every hack ever made.

For that I don't think. I understand most hacks, but Redesign is complicated in a way thats not normal.

How is it complicated?  It plays in exactly the same way as the original, with almost the same item order, the same bosses, the same areas, and the only major difference being the aforementioned Guardians..?

Well, Your wrong there. it doesn't play in the exact same way. its different, but not by much. The Guardians are the only new thing, as far As I see, there is an energy tank or something I'm missing, I can't make it through the hell run.I made it to the fourth room and died when I entered it.

You need to have three energy tanks for the hells run.  One of them is in red brinstar not far from the elevator to the hells run, and if you missed one or both of the e-tanks earlier in the game then they will appear in the elevator room which leads to the hells run (norfair).

I know, but Youtube won't let me watch videos (some odd reason) I can only listen to music and sounds.
So yes, there was a need. I don't get how you get past that place in Norfair, After Varia, the little Mid-air morph, do you freeze the dragon?

My Emu won't take in-game pictures, You know where you go after Varia? To the right on norfair instead of the left, I found the map and its the room at the bottom of the long fall in that room. (I'll just get a Redesign map and circle it.)

Yes, your emulator does take screenshots.  I don't think I've seen an emulator yet that can't take them.

As for your question, you can either freeze the enemy, and Bomb-Jump / Jump into the hole, or you can just do a mid-air morph from a running start and get in there.

And you shouldn't really be spoiling your enjoyment by using a map so early on. Sad
