[SM] Super Metroid Blitz [mini]

This is a hack that was just released today on MetConst by KT JDDD. It's a combination of a boss rush and a door maze, with some interesting new suit palettes as well. Sure, you come across a bug or two, but none of them are too horrid. This hack is a great way to spend an hour...or a half hour, depending on how fast you are. Patch is Headered.

KT JDDD's Description:
"Super Metroid like you've never seen before, featuring a tileset not used in the original game, a door maze to encourage exploration, and a fleet of bosses out to get you. Also notice the new suit coloring! But don't get destracted... you are the hunter. Hunt them down, one by one. This is... Super Metroid Blitz."

Amusing. Cleared it in 27 minutes with 45% item collection. Early Plasma makes several of the bosses into jokes (Draygon and Botwoon in particular), but it was fun and that's all that really matters, hey?

I had some fun moving back through after saving the animals, but zebes exploded on me. :(

This was a fun little experience. I think he would do better to make sure all doors are connected though, and make the whole place a maze next time.

This was a pretty funny hack, the maze parts reminds me of SM Reverse, but here is much easy and funny. good work extra_smug

That was a quite funny experience :). Too bad you weren't able to save the animals, haha.

Um, I beat Draygon without the Gravity suit, and unless I'm missing something, I seem to be quite stuck in his lair.

Edit: Reverted to an earlier save state and found Gravity this time. :40, 45%. Pretty fun. I do think you have to pick up gravity on the way to Draygon or you are screwed, but there might be a block you can use. I didn't find it.

Isn't there a block in his lair that you can use to reach the exit? Also, you seem to have missed Gravity, but you don't really need it to beat the game, so you're not stuck.
