Thread title:
lol no way
*Gasp*... that page took way too long to load. And is that from January 12th? How did nobody else read this before? And why is their spelling so horrible? Furthermore, why did they put the big quotes around a body of text and not fix the typo in it when they quoted it? How embarrassing.

Didn't we already know this?
And I don't think that people are looking to really Sequence Break Hunters, anyway.

That doesn't mean we won't try though.  Wink

Anyway, how accurate do you think any of that is? I specifically mean the parts about Samus being powered up aleady, as well as receiving missions from the Federation. The rest I remember hearing about in one way or another.
Look, witty text!
I'm sure that by "powered up," what they really mean is that Samus starts out like she does in the other Prime games, but this time there's no freak accident that makes you have to spend half the game regaining the classic powerups.

In other words, we can expect most of the powerups to be very different from the stuff we have seen...  Which would only be appropriate, considering the plot is about locating various weap--err, artifacts, as well as hunting down the supposedly really really big weap--err, ultimate power.

Speaking of the ultimate power in the universe, I wonder what it'll be like at the end of the game--Samus Aran meeting Chuck Norris can be a potentially awkward occurance.

I'm sure the upgrades will be more multiplayer-based, such as weapons that focus more on sheer power than on other special effects (like Morph Ball upgrades and the like).

I think "artefacts" is the correct British spelling, like "colour".

I thought everybody knew that ninjas are the REAL ultimate power.
Look, witty text!
Yeah, but ninjas only count when it comes to us mere mortals.  On the other hand, Chuck Norris is more like a member of an "Internet Pantheon of the Gods" of sorts, along with Mr. TNo one beats Chuck Norris nor Mr. T.

And what about Jack Bauer?

Come on, people...if you don't lay aside your DS MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO DIE!!!

If Jack Bauer was gay, his name would be Chuck Norris.
Mr. T does not pity Jack Bauer.  Jack Bauer is no fool.
I figure that if I'm a real hardcore Metroid gamer, then I'll be playing hunters too. If I want to play for sequence-breaking, I'll put in Zero Mission, if I want some 3d gaming that I might be able to glitch in, I'll switch to the other cart in the console. Hunters. Then again, I might go flip on my snes just to play II in my Super Game Boy...it always seemed so rediculous, yet so right.... Wink
