I'll try and be delicate with this reply, as you're still fairly new to this. 
Your hacking skills are very basic. You should download some hacks that are available, and just look through the rooms to see how things are built. Placing tiles as you go along is not really enough to make a hack. You need to sit down before you start and get together a basic plan of what the hack's going to be about.
Your hack at the moment is very obviously made by someone who hasn't been using SMILE for long, and you need to improve before you consider releasing a hack. Don't feel that everything you create has to be released. I expect that most of the hacks that have been released are not first versions, and were restarted or edited to great degrees before release.
Practice, practice, practice!
